Cesare
Cofounder and CEO
Culture Hint’s passionate CEO Cesare Fialà has a vision to empower cultural venues with the very best data and business intelligence. Cesare cares deeply about improving cultural venues’ performances with the help of AI. Since founding Culture Hint, he successfully tested the software at a London museum and opened up the company to the Italian market. Cesare is both a painter and an engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Cultural Management. His multi-faceted background gives him a deep understanding of both the needs of museums and cultural venues, and the complexities of the software technology that lies behind Culture Hint. Cesare is now on a mission to change the cultural sector for the better with Culture Hint.
Luca
Cofounder and CTO
With a strong passion for advanced analytics and process optimization, Luca Elianti has applied his technical skills and innovative mindset in different industries spanning from healthcare, to airspace, to pharmaceutical. An industrial engineer who specialises in management and analysis of operations, Luca has a strong interest in the optimisation of flows of people and goods, and believes in the use of lean, mathematically-enhanced tools. Since co-founding Culture Hint, he has built on his previous strengths, including his experience of visitor flow forecasting for the airport sector, gleaned from working at Copenhagen Optimization, by adapting the latest digital technologies to the particular needs of the culture industry, which had largely not yet benefitted from the 4.0 revolution. Luca’s key focus is on building a solution which can provide a plug-and-play platform to cultural venues, disrupting their operations by leveraging the endless potential of computer vision and machine learning.
